CaelumOne Solutions Corporation, the global software provider of the CaelumOne ECM Software Solution Platform, is pleased to announce the development of a new Digital Media Recording & Retrieval System (DMRRS).  This innovative new product is an ideal way to archive, access and review digital media files and is well suited for use by transit, security, and large organizations.

The CaelumOne DMRRS is designed to ingest high volumes of digital media content from a number of different external sources including CCTV Video, SMS Text, Electronic Documents, Audio Messages and more. Upon ingestion into the CaelumOne system, concise metadata is applied to the content so that it can be searched by content type, date, and time.

The web browser-based application will be capable of searching, retrieving, and displaying search results based on criteria selected by the user. Authorized users will be able to download data files for further analysis.  This system provides users with the ability to review and assess multiple camera angles at the same time, and export points in time to a watermarked video validating the source, date, and time of any of the files that were selected for export.

A typical CaelumOne DMRRS is ultra-scalable and capable of storing significant volumes of data on local NAS or SAN devices, in cloud storage, or on massive nearline storage arrays for extended periods of time to enable future retrieval and review of the information.  The data files are stored in a Data Repository that is replicated in near real-time to avoid any loss of data. The volume of storage for the DMRRS is fully scalable and can be tailored to the needs of each individual client.
